If you’ve ever visited Terrain, you know it embodies this vibe of inspired, peaceful beauty. When I think back on Melissa + Brent’s celebration, I can’t think of a couple who embodies that spirit more than these two. There was such an overwhelming sense of calm and “this just feels right”-ness to Melissa + Brent’s day. From their endearing first look at the Mushroom Hut to their heartfelt vows to their s’mores & root beer float stations, every second of their day felt so intentional. Melissa envisioned herself on her wedding day as a bohemian, sun kissed goddess and she fit the image to a T. It was hard not to smile going back through their footage, watching and remembering how Brent couldn’t wipe the overjoyed beam off of his face. I’ve never seen a groom smile so much! It was the most precious thing. Melissa + Brent’s wedding was such an overwhelmingly beautiful experience for us, especially as we were lucky to create alongside our friends Lauren + Matt of The More We See & Alisa Tongg (my very favorite wedding celebrant). We’ll forever love this day and the way it’s left us wanting to capture a million more weddings at this epic venue.
