It’s hard to believe there was a moment where these two almost didn’t have anyone there to capture their celebration in motion. Especially after Ali’s reaction to seeing their trailer for the first time:

Some weddings are made for films. Ali + George’s day? Ali + George’s was one of them. The sights, the sounds, the reactions, the incredibly meaningful toasts, the moving ceremony… RALPH. Let’s be honest: this day is just as much about their sweet dog, Ralph, as it is about the two of them. Miranda and I drove away after a weekend spent soaking in all of Shelter Island and turned to each other with disbelieving grins saying, “This was one for the books.” It’s true that the most epic weddings are pulled off in large part by a team of incredibly talented vendors and a stellar location. Ali + George had the best of the best at a place that literally feels like your own private island, The Ram’s Head Inn. But we also believe a great wedding is made even greater by those able to experience it so fully in the moment. This weekend engulfed us emotionally, mentally, and physically, and we are so grateful for this experience. This one will forever sit high on the top of our favorites list.
